15th day (The Last day馃ズ) - Miri Arab Madrasah

  MIRI ARAB MADRASAH Hello dears ! Have a nice part of the day馃檭 Today was the last day of our practical trips to ancient sites of Bukhara 馃ズ✨ And these trips were so beneficial for us 馃槍 But it would be grateful If we continued our these kind of trips much more馃ズ馃巿 So , Now I want to give you brief information about our last destination that is one of the most outstanding snd well-known architectural monuments of Bukhara , Miri Arab Madrasah.  Blessed Bukhara- the center of Islamic culture and ancient history of Uzbekistan. Over the course of two thousand years of history, this city has witnessed great historical events and brutal bloody battles.  One of these battles took place in 1511-1512 between the troops of Timurid Babur and the Uzbek Khan Sheibanikhan. In November 1512, near Gijduvan, the Uzbek army prevailed over the united army of Muhammad Babur. 14th day - Kalyan Mosque (Djuma Mosque)

 KALYAN MOSQUE, BUKHARA Hello everyone 馃槏馃グ馃槆馃  Today we visited one of the most popular and historical  place which is considered to be tourist attraction in Bukhara. That's  Kalyan Mosque  馃敹 Now I will introduce it to you and give some crucial information about it that I learned during today's trip 馃槍☘️ The Kalyan Mosque (also "Kalon Mosque") is the biggest mosque in Bukhara and the second-largest historical mosque in Central Asia (after Bibi-Khanum Mosque in Samarkand). It is a part of the Poi-Kalon ensemble and is built on the Kosh principle (two buildings opposite each other) opposite the Miri-Arab Madrasah. This  Mosque is one of the outstanding monuments of Bukhara, dating back to the fifteenth century. According to data from archaeological excavations, the original Karakhanid Djuma Mosque was destroyed by fire and dismantled, apparently at the time of the Mongolian invasion. Some time later, it was rebuilt, but this reconstructed mosque did not remain long.

13th day - Minaret Kalyan

 Minaret Kalyan in Bukhara Hi everyone ! Today we have been one of the most outstanding monuments of  Bukhara , which is Minaret Kalyan that was located in Old City, Bukhara. I visited there with my coursemates , as well as our lovely teacher was with . We tried to learn the history of this ancient site deeply and managed to do it. We gained much new information about it during today's  journey. Now I will share of them here 馃巿   Once after the conquest of Bukhara, Genghis Khan entered the main square of the city, he saw a grandiose minaret in the middle of the square. He looked up at the minaret and a helmet fell from his head.  “                                                I never bowed to anyone. But this building is so grandiose that it deserves a bow.”                                                Thus, a unique monument and the main symbol of Bukhara, the Kalyan minaret, was preserved. 12th day - Ulugbek Madrasah

ULUGBEK   MADRASAH Hello my dear and near ones !!!  Today始s blog is about one of the most well-known architectural monuments of Bukhara , Ulugbek Madrasah . I gained some new information about this museum that I haven始t ever heard , during this trip. Now I am going to share some of them with you馃 History Of Ulugbek Madrasah Founded in 1417, Ulugbek Madrasah was built by Ulugbek (1393-1449) and the construction was finished in 1420. by Ismail Isfagani and Najmeddin Bukhari, the best architects of the time.Mirzo Ulugbek was the grandson of Amir Timur and the governor of Samarkand. Ulugbek  was not only a benign ruler; he was also a well renowned astronomer, scientist with high intellectual. During the Timurid era, it was an institution of learning during the Timurid period, receiving great scholars, both religious and secular.
