The Khoja Zainuddin complex was built by the master Mir Dostumbi in honor of Imam al-Bukhari on the initiative of Khoja Zainuddin , who was in the position of Qazikalan of Bukhara . The building was built for a mosque and has rooms . Both the complex and the house served as a mosque. The structure had many rooms and a dome. The pool of the complex is large angular and raised from stones. The pool was built in the first half of the 16th century. It is decorated in the style of a dragon's open mouth. Quldurum is decorated with ornaments, and there is an inscription with information about the year of renovation and the author .In 1970-1975, renovation works were carried out in the Khoja Zainiddin complex, and it is now well preserved. The interior of the mihrab, located on the western wall of the Khoja Zainiddin mosque, is decorated with intricate patterns. The pillars of the mosque are well preserved.
